  Lovely, lovely Riad. William and Khansa were very welcoming . Arrived in the evening so we were very pleased with being picked up at the airport and guided to the Riad through the crazy evening traffic! We were given a delicious meal in front of an open fire, much needed. The Riad is in a very good place, with easy directions to the Sqaure ( once ... vad folk säger » you've done it once ) takes about 10 mins. The gorgeous roof terrace is just what you need to rest after a morning in the Souks or square. Comfortable - A very pleasant place to stay in Marrakesh. Whilst in the middle of the busy Medina, it is totally quiet and relaxing which is great after a day of exploring the Medina, sightseeing and shopping in the nearby huge souk. We were received very well and Khansa took exceptionally well care of us, on a couple of occasions way above expectations! Breakfast was excellent and different each day. We also received good advice on restaurants, shopping and things to see.

  Staff are very friendly and helpful which made us feel like home. In the first few days, we are the only customers so it felt like being served in our own riat which is really nice. When we were away for trips, they are flexible and prepared breakfast earlier just for us.   Our experience staying at Riad Dar Massi was superb. Everything from the decor, to the food to the staff made the stay memorable. Dar Massi is tastefully decorated with beautiful attention to detail.   The riad is located in a quiet, safe, residential area not far from the square. The room was very comfortable and even though we were on the ground floor it was quiet.   The staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much for them. One day we had to leave the hotel at 0630 for an excursion to the Sahara Desert, the Manager insisted that he make breakfast for us before we leave even though breakfast didn't start until 0730. - The hotel is located on a great place, 5 minutes walk from the main touristic site... vad folk säger » s.
