Staff at the Sofitel Casablanca were friendly and helpful- nothing too much trouble. Their English was good, a boon for non French speakers.
Rooms were comfortable and nicely furnished, and the L'Occitane toiletries and exotic bathroom facilities added a touch of luxury. -

The staff was very helpful, very professional, and knowledgeable. I amvery happy that I selected that hotel for my stay. Everything! This hotel is underrated, I think they deserve 5 stars. Rooms are clean, with all kinds of little details. The overall hotel is well maintained and invinting. Food is fabulous, and breakfast buffet all one could wish for. Staff very quick and friendly, when you ask for something it is done in just moments. Very pleasant surprise! -
