La Sultana is the most exquisite small resort, nestled on a beautiful lagoon a two minute boat ride away from deserted Atlantic beaches. The beginning of Sept is a fantastic time of year to go, after the mad rush of summer, but I don't believe you could ever be anything other than relaxed at this hotel. Staff at the Sofitel Casablanca were friendly and helpful- nothing too much trouble. Their English was good, a boon for non French speakers.
Rooms were comfortable and nicely furnished, and the L'Occitane toiletries and exotic bathroom facilities added a touch of luxury. -

While the organisation and some of the staff were not so helpful, the extremely friendly managers made up for it.
We had booked room with pick-up but the driver simply left when the plane was delayed. After 30 minutes discussion with hotel and driver on the phone we decided to take a taxi. Upon arrival the manager apologized and refund the price f

I was there for a business and it was very convenient location far from casablanca trafic ,very friendly and nice staff specially the manager Mr alaoui , and its only hotel setting on the beautiful corniche of casablanca, worth every penny

the place was far from city (around 20km) so it was a good place to relax away from noise and all, plus it was located by the beach which was so nice - interior of the hotel was very nice
