  How Friendly, polite, helpful, and classy the staff were. I am extremely impressed and taken by the Moroccan Hospitality that added a lot to the comfort of being in a Sofitel. Spacious Shower Cabin, and very clean towels.   It was comfortable and convenient and we met there the group with whom we were going to be traveling -- all of whom, by the way, did not have as pleasant an experience with the Hotel as we did. - The massage but the facilities in the Fitness Centre is not that good
