  One of our very best hotel experiences ever, absolutely great and kind staff made the service most personal (we knew almost the entire staff on a first name basis). Like staying as a guest at your best friends home, but much better! Always available, always helpful, never intrusive - perfect! We also enjoyed a wonderful hamman - I absolutely loved this riad! There are lots of good riads in Marrakech but please stay in this one at least one night! The location is perfect, 3 min away walking to Djemma el Fna square. Staff is very nice and friendly. We got back to the riad from shopping and dining around midnight and we wanted mint tea sooo bad that we asked the person at the front desk if we could have some and he made some tea for us. I don't remember his name, I wish I did so I can give him credit here.. I really loved

  Loved the take of a modern Riad built in the traditional fashion located in the middle of the mayhem of the Souk of the old Medina. What a place to escape to from the mayhem of the souks of the old Medina and the travails of the daily drudgery - The staff were very attentive and friendly. Thank you to Majid for delicious breakfast and great service. Great hostess who was checking on guests' feedback on daily basis. We appreciated being showed the way to the main square the first evening and that there was always a member of staff waiting on the corner of the main street to escort us to the riad late at night. Great facilities and atmosphere to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakesh medina.

  This was the 2nd time that we have stayed at The Red House and it was just as good as the first time. Someone from The Red House came to pick us up from the airport and was already waiting for us when we arrived at the airport. This was a great way to start the holiday. The staff are magnificent - very friendly and only too happy to he - We read very positive hotel reviews with some caution as to their truthfulness, but all the very positive comments about The Red House were true. Location just outside the wall provides easy access to the Medina and old city as well as to the new city for shopping and restaurants. An excellent place for staying in Marrakech.   Great location, right in the Kasbah area of Marrakech which felt really authentic. The host was extremely friendly and went out of his way to make our stay there special, he also cooked amazing food for us on our last night! The interiors throughout the riad were beautiful.
