This is now my third time in Marrakech and I can say that my stay At El kennaria was brilliant!!!. The Riad is spacious, clean and really well located about 2mns from the main square. Staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. They did all they could they make our stay comfortable. Use of their kitchen is allowed. Riad location within the square is great. Several spas/hamams very close by too.

Staff were very warm and friendly (in particular the Manageress). Lovely traditional Moroccan decor, well appointed rooms, good pool. Food was also really good. Was also able to communicate with the staff via email before arrival to arrange our stay. Location was excellent, close to the Djemaa el fna, easy to find yet peaceful and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay at Riad Kaiss again.

Excellent location and amazing staff!!! My boyfriend and I stayed in this riad after coming from a 3 day trip from the desert, we were exhausted and the staff was great at making us relax and feel comfortable. Smiles and mint tea when you arrive, what else do you need?! You're 3 min away walking to Djemma el Fna!

The service is second to none. The rooms are elegant and comfortable with everything that you need. Hot water, extra radiators, toiletries, safe deposit box. The common lounge is very cosy and the manager prepares excellent food that is served in there. Roof terrace is a great place to relax. Location is perfect, central, yet quiet. There is staff at hand at all times. The manager is able to arrange daytrips, spa or any other touristy activities. Excellent service and experience throughout

The location is the best you can expect. It's a 2 min easy walk from Jamaa el Fna. From the terrace (wich is amazing by the way) you can hear the noise in jamaa el Fna but in a good way. Inside the riad it's very peaceful. The riad is beatiful, just like the photos, even though the rooms seem a little more luminous in the net (that was not a problem, there was enough light). We stayed for two days and were very disappointed. We would not return and would not recommend it. The location is good and the rooms were OK although a little tired & lighting was poor as some light bulbs were not working. The lady who served breakfast was excellent and friendly but we found the male manager very unhelpful.
