  Annabel and Pierre have a lovely spot at Casa Lalla. Annabel was wonderful in answering all of our questions beforehand. They arranged for 2 shuttles to the Riad, since we were arriving separately from two different countries. The Riad is beautiful and since it was off season we had much of it to ourselves quite often. Mohammed (the cook) was wonderful, made us a small dinner on the night we a - The building is great with a traditional riad style. The open terrace was lovely and secluded; perfect for breakfast and sunbathing. The staff were very friendly and offered to arrange tours etc for us. The restaurant was a special treat with gorgeous French cuisine. The location is perfect; close enough to the medina to walk there easily but far enough away to be a quiet retreat.

It truly is luxurious, beautiful and has so much attention to detail such as personalized robes and towels, fresh flowers and carefully laid petals, which make the stay unforgettable. I can't speak highly enough of the staff....they were so very very helpful and everything was done with a genuine smile.   This Riad is, simply, perfect! Before we had even arrived the customer service we received was excellent. We stayed here for 4 nights whilst on our honeymoon in Marrakech.   A great place to stay in the centre of the Medina. Francoisse was so friendly and helpful and really made the stay very special. The staff is very friendly and Frederique (the owner) is a wonderful host who even went to pick us up at the Jemma el Fna Square because we got lost the first day. Additionally, as it was low season, she gave us a free extra room to be more comfortable. Just wonderful, I hope to go back someday ... I really recommend it 100%
