  Staff have been extremely polite and helpful. Facilities new and veryclean. Location quite in the right place, neither too close nor to farfrom the medina and close to the nouvelle ville. Quiet room - the style of the room furniture and the location of the hotel.

  Very pleasant hotel, with impressive atrium seating area, decent pool and clay tennis courts. Essentially it's a sort of French version of a Thompsons hotel. Good breakfast, large room and ideally placed for exploring Marrakech (see guide below). Would certainly recommend Les Idrissides. There are a selection of varying hotel standards to fit your choice but, more importantly, it is centrally connect - The family rooms are fantastic. You could lose yourself in the suite. The rooms were really spaceous, great faccilities, hotel really gets everyone involved with alot of events taking place, pools were great, easy to exchange money. The maids cleaning the room used the towels to create patterns etc on the beds which the kids really loved. They also always left sweets and rose petals on the beds every nice was was great.   Location was perfect. Near to the city center and to the marketplace. Easy to get a cab near to the train station but make sure to negotiate. Would recommend to check out wikitravel. Clean rooms and first day cookies as a welcome in our room including a bottle of water. Breakfast is ok but nothing special make sure to eat some Moroccan pancakes. The hotel although a modern building had lots of traditional mooriish style fitments...i.e. lovely wooden decorated ceilings,, carved doors and patterned tile floors. I used the pool twice during our visit and it was ide - Well-placed within reasonable walking distance of Djemaa el Fna square, this is a typical city hotel. The glass of tea and a pastry on arrival was welcome, and car parking was easy. Clean, comfortable, and an excellent buffet breakfast by the pool, which sadly we didn't have time to try!
