The location is fantastic, 5min walk from the Jamaa el Fna. The hotel is
beautiful, spacious and the rooms are extremely spacious and luxurious.
The service is amazing, everyone is friendly, helpful and they went out
of their way to ensure we were happy. They kept our pram for us in their

The hotel was a like entering a different world once one was inside the hotel gates. One felt very peaceful, calm and tranquil after the hustle and bustle and noise of Marrakech. Location was excellent....15 minute walk to the new town and a few minutes walk to the souks. We have stayed in many hotels throughout the world and experienced many different levels of service from staff.. The bed was So comfortable. They had English tv channels. The view (atlas) and balcony. Air con was pumping. So nice to come back to after hectic time at markets. Recommend pizza by the pool at Oasis lounge. -
Superb customer service from the moment you step through the door. Fantastic welcome tour by guest relations staff.

Highly recommended, good value for money. The staff is incredibly kind and the hotel is brand new. Mehdi, the chief concierge will make sure you will have the best stay, planning everything you want to do and suggesting good experiences.
Either way, if you go to Marrakech make sure to find a hotel in hivernage/medina area.

A very professionally run Riad, well trained staff and level of service from everyone. The decor and architecture are stunning and our room "Panther" simple adorable. La Sultana is a very precious crown with many beautiful jewels (many of them in the staff)
The Spa is absolute heaven (including real angels who can give you a four-handed massage)
