  Found the reception staff to be really helpfull answering any questions I had about local facilities, excursions, etc. Check-in was fast and easy, rooms were kept clean by nice polite cleaning ladies, small grocery shop next door for basics, cafe's across the street, and only a few minutes walk to the bus stop (across from Macdonalds) where busses... vad folk säger » drop you right outside the main square for 4 dirhams- 30 pence ( kids under 6 go for free) - Our stay was excellent you know what you get with assonfou good size rooms fridge electric hob, toilets and shower are clean. Stayed at here before and would do again, highly recommended it to anyone

  A very tranquil oasis in the midst of the real Medina, an experience we shall not forget.   Location was perfect. Near to the city center and to the marketplace. Easy to get a cab near to the train station but make sure to negotiate. Would recommend to check out wikitravel. Clean rooms and first day cookies as a welcome in our room including a bottle of water. Breakfast is ok but nothing special make sure to eat some Moroccan pancakes.
