  My boyfriend and I booked a two night stay here on a trek through Marrakech. Having never been to the city before we didn't know much about location, ammenities or prices. Fortunately this place is like a diamond in the rough!!! For the price we paid a night ($60 us) we were pleasantly surprised with how clean and luxurious the rooms and building ... vad folk säger » looked. This hotel is located close to the city train hub and in the heart of the "new city". There are many restaurants, bars and shopping right arou - The room was as described and everthing worked as it should. We arrived late, around 10.30pm, and we're told by reception that the restaurants in the area would be closed. Well, we walked outside and on the corner was a very busy simple style fish restaurant. It was really different and threw us straight into the local scene. Great choice of fish at very reasonable prices!   Stayed there only one night before heading to seaside and was very impressed and pleased with this hotel. Hotel itself was very clean, all the traditional interior features created cozy environment. Staff there were exceptionally helpful and friendly.   Nice hotel in the middle of Guerliz. Extremely friendly staff. One of our group had to go (unexpectedly) to the hospital at 22:00 hours. The directrice was so kind to drive us there and helped us in the hospital. The hotel although a modern building had lots of traditional mooriish style fitments...i.e. lovely wooden decorated ceilings,, carved doors and patterned tile floors. The breakfast each day was varied and good except for one complaint. I used the pool twice during our visit and it was ide - Well-placed within reasonable walking distance of Djemaa el Fna square, this is a typical city hotel. The glass of tea and a pastry on arrival was welcome, and car parking was easy. Clean, comfortable, and an excellent buffet breakfast by the pool, which sadly we didn't have time to try!
