  The staff at Riad Chamali couldn't have been more adorable! Every single member of the team was smiling & lovely & couldn't do enough for the guests. The manager (Mounaa I think) was exceptional. Various members of staff walked us places in case we got lost (to find a taxi, to find a safe route to the square etc) and happily served our bre... vad folk säger » akfast even at the very late times we sometimes got up. Complimentary large bottle of water waiting in our room on arrival which was a nice welcome to - The people from Riad Chamali made ouwer stay great! I took my mam for her birthday to Marrakech. In the Riad my mam got flowers from the staff ! Wow that was a surprise! The manager of the Riad was very friendly, she knew a lot about Marrakech and the surrounding area! If she didn't know, she would come up with an answer later that day! -cooking lessons where great! -everybody was friendly! -taxi + excursions where great! Everything for a perfect city-trip or holiday!!!

  The guys and gals at the hotel were always helpful with directions and general info, and always smiling. It makes a difference. Max the cat is the real star of the riad though. Breakfast was really nice. Decor is very cosy and comfortable. The rooms are nicely decorated . Karen also tries as much as possible to give u ideas on places to visit in. A day before I left I requested for a cab to pick me up at 0415 am and the staff made sure it was there on time.

  This was a lovely place to stay for a few nights while we were in Marrakesh. Full of atmosphere and Moroccan character. Not luxury but beautiful design, furniture and features. We had the two rooms on the ground floor with the courtyard and pool between them where we had breakfast - which was plentiful. The roof top terrace was great for sunbathin... vad folk säger » g but a shame we could not dip in the pool from there or sunbathe by the pool. The place was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. - The relaxation of the riad was wonderful, you would never know of all the hustle & bustle going on outside. The roof top area was lovely. Very friendly staff, nothing was any trouble for them. They were always helpful with advise, making reservations & booking taxi's. Some of us had been before & would recommend an organised trip to the Altlas mountains & to see how the other half live at the NIkki beach! Some good shopping for souvenirs.

  The staff were amazing, very friendly, kind, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The owner provided us with an orientation of the city and a list of places to visit. Breakfast was superb, a kind of tapas style with a variety of fresh fruit. The room was quiet and delicately furnished in a modern classic style, with an assortment of lotion... vad folk säger » s and potions. The dunking pool was refreshing. We would defenitely stay there again. - The staff were excellent, so helpful and amazing cooks! The Riad is beautiful, clean and relaxing. Some people may say its a bit far from the main square but this actually worked in our favor as it is a very quiet place to put your feet up after a hectic/hot/tiring day in Marrakesh. Its also very close to the Kasbah and palaces.

  The girls were great-couldn't do enough for us and we ate there for three of our five nights as the food was so good and almost prepared to order. Roof terrace was good to sunbathe and read and the whole plces was amazingly quiet and peaceful, especially being where it is. - Staff were so friendly and helpful. Location in the kasbah was near to the square but not too close.
