  Staff are very friendly and helpful which made us feel like home. In the first few days, we are the only customers so it felt like being served in our own riat which is really nice. When we were away for trips, they are flexible and prepared breakfast earlier just for us. Location of the riat is very central but you have to walk throu - Such a great place to stay in Marrakech... The staff and the owners are really awesome, they take care of us we felt like kings, they guide us around the city and meek us discover some unknown places. Homemade food to try absolutely. This is the place to be!!!

  The service from staff was excellent and the attention to detail. Mohammed was excellent on the front reception, friendly and made you feel right at home. After reading the reviews I was lucky that I got my room in the main building 2nd floor. So the pool was on a level up above.   From when we arrived and parked our cars, and where greeted by the security and door staff with smiles. They opened our doors and led us in wich makes you feel special. With no problems our room keys where given with out delay. As we each entered our rooms and were surprised with what we got for our money.   Located in Guilez a 10 minute bus ride for 40pence up to the old town, take the number 1 bus to Jma el Fna. Hotel friendly and as decribed. Pool area full but no nonsense over sun beds, the pool attendant made sure everyone got a place in the sun. Close to all local amenities, check out the railway station, really great building.   Comfortable small riad ran by a nice family. The owner is very polite and doesn't disturb you. We had a feeling that we were living in our own home. Rooms are clean and spacious. Located in a small derb (lane) away from the street noise, very quite. Close to the bus station (Bab Doukhala) and there is a car parking very clos - I came to Marrakesh in the middle of Aug., which was a low sea for tourist, there is only me check in during the afternoon and in the second day I knew there was one more guest. The owner was local, who can speak English,French,Arabic. And he can play guitar and Luta(a local musical instrument) very well. Location is good. You will reach the Medina in 10 minutes by foot.
