  Staff was very friendly and helpful, there was slight language problem because we did not speak French but by good will all issues can be solved :) Certainly it was our best deal in Morocco during our 2 weeks stay. It is well located - not directly at the main square but very close to walk and also close to walk to the tombs.   The riad is located in a quiet, safe, residential area not far from the square. The room was very comfortable and even though we were on the ground floor it was quiet.   Beautiful Riad, good value for money and very clean with lovely Moroccan decor. From the roof top terrace you can see the beautiful palace gardens. The family room we stayed in was huge, and stylish and also felt very secure. Like other travellers have said, ask for the Hospital Mamounia for taxi drop off and then next to the pharmacy follow the c... vad folk säger » obbled road on the right and just follow the house numbers, so relatively easy to find for a riad in the Medina. - We spend 4 nights at the Riad and it was lovely! It was clean and the breakfast was good as well. it´s only 10 minutes away from the center ( the main square, jemaa el fna) but if it´s your first time in marrakech the location may come as a shock at first because it´s situated in a poor area. All in all, I higly recommend it.

  Upon arrival we were given a very nice welcome, and a one on one overview of the city, lots of helpful hints including a map as to where we were. We were made to feel extreemly welcome. The food was fantastic.... would recommend the Riad cuisine to visitors, and sitting in front of the fire in the evening after a full day of exploring was a perfect... vad folk säger » end to the day - thank you for a wonderful stay.. - Perfect. It is one of the best hotels in my life. In this trip, we used 2 hotels in Marrakech, and the other one was not better than Riad Naffis. Naffis is not big and the room is not big, but it is compact, clean and beautiful. The owner is very kind. The location is also nice. The most impressive is the watchman, Mohammed. He is so kind and nice guy. He satisfied us very much.

  We've been in Germany for 1 1/2 yrs and this was one of the best weekend trips we've taken! The Riad was beautiful! The owners fabulous and the manager Dahan was amazing. He toured us around to all the sights personally and totally helped me with shopping in the markets! Told me how much to pay before I started bargaining! Then after a vigorous 8 hour day we had a hamam tr - The warm hospitality of the owners of the Riad and the beautiful decoration and architecture of the place. Great eye for detail and good taste!!
