  This riad is a little gem. It has only been open for 2.5 years and everything inside is brand new and of amazing taste. Laurence is a wonderful hostess. She does it with the heart and as a guest, you will feel incredibly looked after. She works so hard in the riad, taking care of every little detail. The riad also has a great terrace and a brand new glass roof which makes it probably the only riad in Marrakech to have - Beautiful riad in the heart of the city. Well positioned to access all the main sites. We stayed in Moulay which was perfectly designed in a moroccon style with a big bathroom. The breakfast was amazing and served up on the roof top terrace. I would strongly recommend ordering dinner at the hotel - you have to order in the morning and it isn't cheap but it is delicious. very romantic too as more often than not you'll be the only couple in the dining area.   The staff at the riad was extremely friendly and hospitable. We arrived around 2am, but Sa'id graciously welcomed us and carried our bags to our room. Our room was clean, spacious, well-decorated, and afforded us the privacy we were looking for. It also had air-conditioning, a definite requirement for any trip to Marrakech in August! We also enjoyed hanging out on the rooftop and it was extremely convenient that t - The staff especially Said were very welcoming and informative, we were welcomed with lovely mint tea. The location is ideal for exploring the medina, very central yet quiet and tranquil. The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious and changed daily and served from early until late so no need to rush. The riad is stylishly designed, a testament to the beauty and versatility of tadalakt it was a pleasure to return to this Riad after a busy day in the souks.

  Perfect staff, the manager was extremely helpful organizing our trips and answering all our questions etc. Really great guy. Also we got probably the best rate in the city to exchange our euros to Dirhams at the Riad. Very calm place to stay and relax after a busy day in Marrakech. The Ryad was in typically relaxed Morrocan style with beautiful features in the public area and courtyard facing bedrooms. A nice roof terrace too. Well located in the old Medina although the entrance route via the old dark souk streets might be a little intimidating for some, although the streets were busy and appeared safe.

  We were efficiently collected from the airport and brought to the door of the Riad. From that moment we received the most outstanding service imaginable: we were greeted in person and offered refreshments to relax.   We totally loved the Dar Loula, it was quiet comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady who was there during the day. They even arranged to supply a birthday cake for me as a surprise for my partners 40th! It had a lovely Moroccan feel to the Riad and all the rooms were decorated in a Moroccan style and although ... vad folk säger » basic, they were really comfortable, warm and welcoming rooms. We would definitely stay again. - The riad is inside a small alley, not far away from the palace. The room is small but well democrated. Wifi is weak inside the room. But the common area is comfortable.
