A great place to stay in the centre of the Medina. Francoisse was so friendly and helpful and really made the stay very special. well everything really, the staff could not have been more helpful, friendly or courteous. The hotel was fabuluous and very well situated. - The staff are very kind and helpful.the spa (hammam massage, gommage) isexcellent! Much better than the spa of other 5 star hotel in morrocco.

Lovely accomodation, with staff that really would do anything for you. As the riad is quite small it often felt like we were were the only guests there which was heavenly.
We did the cooking course at Jeans ranch which was lovely to get out of the city but be warned when the cook takes you round the markets be prepared to be ripped of by the stor

All staff amazingly polite and helpful- comfy rooms and delicious breakfasts.
At night the riad looks amazing with all the candles lit. It's a real gem of a place - you won't be disappointed if you go.

I do not normally write reviews but this hotel deserves it! We literally
loved everything, Best hotel I have stayed in by far, staff were super
friendly and extremely helpful, awesome location, just 2 minutes walk
from Jamaa al fanaa. Place was clean and tidy, we only stayed for one
night but they went extra mile for us. I will definitely be coming back
to this hotel if I get the chance to come Marrakech again
