  We stayed 2 nights with room and breakfast. The room and bathroom were large with all the amenities needed. The buffet breakfast offered an extensive choice and was also very well presented. The restaurant staff was plentiful but seemed disinterested in serving the guests. However the front desk staff and bellmen were very helpful with great perso... vad folk säger » nalities. Furthermore, I forgot my passport in the room safe and Fatima-ez-hra (the front office manager) saved the day by immediately shipping it to - The hotel has an excellent swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and for the kids to play. Rooms are spacious and with luxury level on the details. The hotel is 10 min away from the medina by taxi. The staff is friendly and very professional. Food is offered as buffet or as standard menu on the two available restaurants. The quality of both is exceptional.

  The hotel is a must for any art deco fan. The attention to detail is incredible. All the staff are friendly & helpful. The Hammam & massage were a wonderful antidote to the chaotic souk. Quiet location is als - Excellent and extremely attentive and courteous service. On site director most efficient and showing friendly professionalism at a high level. Design exceptional. The food served was also excellent throughout our stay (breakfast) and we ate twice at night at the magnificent first level terrace (same as for the breakfast even though the roof top terrace is also available). The spa services that my wife received were also at the same level of quality.

  We totally loved the Dar Loula, it was quiet comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady who was there during the day. They even arranged to supply a birthday cake for me as a surprise for my partners 40th! We would definitely stay again. - The riad is inside a small alley, not far away from the palace. The room is small but well democrated. Wifi is weak inside the room. Well located in the old Medina although the entrance route via the old dark souk streets might be a little intimidating for some, although the streets were busy and appeared safe.

  This riad is a little gem. It has only been open for 2.5 years and everything inside is brand new and of amazing taste. Laurence is a wonderful hostess. She does it with the heart and as a guest, you will feel incredibly looked after. She works so hard in the riad, taking care of every little detail. The riad also has a great terrace and a brand new glass roof which makes it probably the only riad in Marrakech to have - Beautiful riad in the heart of the city. Well positioned to access all the main sites. We stayed in Moulay which was perfectly designed in a moroccon style with a big bathroom. The breakfast was amazing and served up on the roof top terrace. I would strongly recommend ordering dinner at the hotel - you have to order in the morning and it isn't cheap but it is delicious. very romantic too as more often than not you'll be the only couple in the dining area.   The staff at the hotel are really wonderful and accommodating. We had an early flight, so we had to leave the riad at 6:30. The staff went out of their way and served us breakfast at 6:30 am.
