  We stayed 2 nights with room and breakfast. The room and bathroom were large with all the amenities needed. The buffet breakfast offered an extensive choice and was also very well presented. The restaurant staff was plentiful but seemed disinterested in serving the guests. However the front desk staff and bellmen were very helpful with great perso... vad folk säger » nalities. Furthermore, I forgot my passport in the room safe and Fatima-ez-hra (the front office manager) saved the day by immediately shipping it to - The hotel has an excellent swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and for the kids to play. Rooms are spacious and with luxury level on the details. The hotel is 10 min away from the medina by taxi. The staff is friendly and very professional. Food is offered as buffet or as standard menu on the two available restaurants. The quality of both is exceptional.

  We booked this riad based on the strength of it's reviews and were not disappointed. The riad is beautiful, with rooms set around a courtyard and was a relaxing retreat after the heat and bustle of the Medina.   There are many things that we really liked, here is a basic list: 1. Location: The riad is 15mins drive from the airport. The taxi can drop you at the doorstep unlike many other Riads which are located in the narrow lanes of the Medina and have to be reached on foot. Staff: The staff at the Riad is very friendly and went all - The Riad is very nice, we had a nice breakfast every morning and got an upgrade of our room for free. The room had aircon, was cleaned everyday and the bathroom is perfect. The swimming pool is small, but if you just want to cool down it's a perfect size! I would absolutely recommend it. It's a ten minute walk from the 'Jema el fnaa' square in a quiet neighborhoud.

  The hotel was definetly above al expectations. Very clean, very comfortable and beautifully traditional. We arrived at night and walking through the alleys to get there felt a bit dodgy but it was just a matter of getting used to it, quite safe. Abdullah will help you with your questions and needs and was very kind. The location is perfect as it is just around the corner from where - As soon as we arrived in the Medina by cab, we were greeted by a guide from the riad who delivered us safely to Elsa. Upon arrival we were greeted with tea and the owners gave us tips on what to see, how to get around and to avoid any local water / ice etc. They were also kind enough to lend us Moroccan dirham for dinner which we could settle on our departure. The daily breakfast was delicious and served on the rooftop terrace.

  We just returned from a weekend in Marrakech. We were so pleased with this riad. Simo arranged our transport from/to the airport and greeted us upon arrival with mint tea. We had already arranged our excursions for the trip, but he was ready and willing to help us plan anything we needed. We had dinner at the riad our first night. They only had two bottles of red on hand the first night, which we d - The 6 of us had such a great time. Simo and all the staff couldn't have been more helpful, arranging a traditional Morroccan meal for our late arrival, advising us on sights and restaurants and organising a day at a beautiful private pool when the temperature hit 40! The location within the medina next to the Royal Palace is great and although the walk to Jemaa el fna takes 10-15 minutes it means you see more of the side streets plus the palace walls with nesting storks.   The opinion is based on a previous stay. It's a lovely place, with lovely, well-decorated spaces and plantings. When the staff is organized (and this seems to be a big "if"), and Aziz and some others are working, the experience is great.
