  Welcome, Welcome, that's the word that you hear the most in this Riad, but it's not just a word because Kacem and his team really do make you feel at home and part of their family. Nothing was too much trouble for Kacem, from booking the airport taxi to providing us with guide maps and giving endless advice, what a nice man!!. We are pretty adventurous and will eat anywhere but never found the - I would absolutely stay here again and strongly recommend it to anyone. We were picked up at the hotel by a driver sent by the hotel- very friendly and spoke some english. Hotel manager, Kasem, also spoke english and was very friendly and accommodating. We had the best mint tea and delicious food prepared by the charming Fatima. We would go back again just to see her! Armond, the hotel assistant, was kind and helpful.   Friendly staff, good breakfast, good location in the new city, reachable by taxi. The rooms can be very big (Sahara) or quite tiny( Souss), depending on what you pay but they are all designed in a Moroccan style, combined with modern facilities. It can be a little cold at night even if they offer heaters and A/C. Even if the breakfast is scheduled... vad folk säger » to start at 8.30, they are flexible and can prepare everything one hour earlier. - Friendly staff who go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The rooms were very clean & nicely decorated. Very good value for money. The breakfast was brilliant, as was the terrace were you could relax and eat breakfast or enjoy mint tea. I really can't say enough nice things about this hotel. I would recommend it to everyone.
