Staff - extremely helpful and quick in addressing any issues/questions
Rooms - large and very clean, the linens feel new. Beds are comfortable, though might be a bit hard for some. I had the best sleep in a week at this hotel

The location is great. You just walk outside and you are facing a
museum. The police station is next to the museum giving me the secure
feeling. The hostel is beautiful. Extremely clean. We stayed in room 5,
it has two rooms and a very large bathroom. Great for mom traveling with
two young men. Staff was excellent in providing us with tourism ideas.
Love, love the garden area.

The staff and owner are very personable, down-to-earth and easy to get along with. If you ask them a question they will help you. Everyone speaks perfect English and they're all very well educated. I met some amazing people in the hostel from around Latin America. The owner, Angel Ortiz is very accommodating, which is good. The staff of Humberto, Giovanni, Eric, and Lupita are incredible!
