Large room, very helpful staff, delicious breakfast. Located in nice area, feels safe & is close to nice restaurants and bars. Only a short walk to the subway station. Wifi works well. a. Location was good - close to Paseo de la Reforma. Metro - closest is Insurgentes (about 10 mins walk). Nothing. a. Breakfast was awful - beans everyday! b. They do not clean your room unless you specifically ask and that too just once a week. Also, when they clean your room, they only change sheets and towels! c. There is a bad smell through the rooms - not sure why!.
