  When we called for maintenance to fix the stuck shower switch - help came within 10-20mins and fixed it in 2mins. Housekeeping was thorough and respectful of our belongings. Private basement parking great I am not bothered that the bell boy was unable to attend to our check in and out but extra trolley that we cud use was good to have. They allow me to add person without charge because I pay for 1 apartment with 3 rooms They also provide kitchen facilities and fix all problems in the rooms There is travel agent at reception so it's convenient to ask information and places to go but I propose to do all by yourself after having information if you want to save money You should ask for a driver and ask him to take you to city centre and enjoy seafood, so delicious and vẻy cheap

  I like its just infront of syria shopping mall which takes about 1 min to walk across for high end shopping and behind the hotel is wisma merdeka for budget shopping..   First when I been told the service apartment cost only RM180 (2 Rooms) per night, Me and my friends were like "Is it haunted?" But however due to our traveling budget, we still choose F&K residences as apparently it's indeed the cheapest in price yet provide free airport transfer.   Everything was excellent. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Best hotel for Muslims with family. You can hear Adhan(prayer calling) from nearby Masjid. (Mosque). Prayer mat was provided in room.
