  When we called for maintenance to fix the stuck shower switch - help came within 10-20mins and fixed it in 2mins. Housekeeping was thorough and respectful of our belongings.   I like its just infront of syria shopping mall which takes about 1 min to walk across for high end shopping and behind the hotel is wisma merdeka for budget shopping..   Everything was excellent. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Best hotel for Muslims with family. You can hear Adhan(prayer calling) from nearby Masjid. (Mosque). Prayer mat was provided in room.
