The hotel's lobby is very grand for a small hotel. Its located near legoland which took around 10 min by taxi.. And there is aeon mall nearby around 10 min walking distance. The area is not so crowded so it's perfect for a stayover.
The lobby is grand, and there are water dispensers for guests. The staff are friendly and it has a lift for guests. The location is strategic, with several major shopping malls such as AEON, Tesco nearby. Good for short stays.alla recensioner »
The hotel staff were very responsive prior to our trip and everything we requested were fulfilled (ie: extra pillows and towels).
The room was very clean, as you can feel the floor was crispy clean with barefoot.

Tesco, parking is free, value for money, near to tourist attractions
like legoland and Hello Kitty, staff very helpful.

The hotel is near to jusco bukit indah, value for money, clean, close to
a lot of shops & easy to take the causeway link bus to singapore.

The hotel's wall between rooms are very very thin so the voices from outside can be heard loudly. Some families that bringing children may cause a lot of noise during day or night time.
There are noise that can be heard from the backyard of the hotel. The room is a bit too small.
I only stayed there for one night, so I am not in a position to comment.
No place to hang our clothes in the room, Wi-Fi signal not so good,
Malaysian tv channels reception was very poor.
A unit next door was undergoing renovation, and on two mornings I was rudely awoken by the sound of drilling which reverberated throughout the whole building. It was terrible. But of course beyond the control of the hotel.
The room is small. No specific car park for hotel however they said they
got security to round at night.

Very basic hotel, family room is very small. We need to avoid each other when walking in the room. Without car, there is only one restaurant available downstairs. Cleanliness to be improved, but still in acceptable condition. Pillow, extremely flat, stack 2 still not comfortable.
The hotel should provide at least small wardrobe and some hanger at least we can hang our clothes.
