I'm very satisfied with the Orange Hotel. Very clean and comfort even some part still under construction. Near Giant, Teco and Jusco Mall. I will choose the hotel next future.
The hotel is very clean and new, the bed are very comfy. The owner is very nice, help us to store our luggages and look after our rental car while we were away.

I didn't know that the lift/elevator is still under construction. I would be grateful if Mr. Danny would teach us how to operate the air-condition as we struggle to make the air-con cooler. My dad who sleep at 2nd floor have to open the window.
it will be better if there is a grill at the window as the window is directly exposure to road and quite easy to break in.
Booked deluxe family room, but hotel mistakenly arranged for deluxe queen room. Unfortunately, there's no deluxe family room available when they realize their mistake. Finally, hotel replace with 2 room with no extra charge. Despite all the hassle, in overall, the hotel are an excellent choice.
I've chosen a non smoking room.. however, it still smells of smoke which got me wondering.
wish they had prices for late check out at 6pm.
Bathroom door too modern, no privacy !!.
Toilet bowl flashing system sometime not working.
the family room is a bit too small for 4 of us.
