  I enjoyed staying in the hotel. The room was very clean, and there was everything I needed. The bed is comfortable. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The location is great, it is right in the old town, 5 min walking from the railway station and the city centre is 20 min away on foot. I would only ajust the temperature of the pool that was, in fact, a bit cold. I will definatly consider this hotel in a future visit, if the price is still atractive!

  1. Because I was travelling with a baby, my room was upgarded to a much larger one for free; 2. Receptionists are being helpful and responsive; 3. Rooms are cosy; 4. When my baby burnt his hand with hot water in the breakfast room, the staff immediately noticed this and got us burn soothing oinmemnt in no time, which was very much appreciated; 5. ... vad folk säger » Despite my early arrival at 10 am at the hotel, they found a vacant room and checked me in right then, without me having to wait until 2 pm, which was - The location, staff, breakfast (until 11 a.m.!) were super. Very queit during nights though the railway is not far. Warm in the room. There were a free safetybox, iron and tee facilities in the room. Comfortable beds. Very decent breakfast even with vine (cottage cheese -"tvorog" - and diary products were super!). Very responsive personnel, any excurcions, taxi, whatever is necessary - ast your disposal. Very close to the center places of interest and the opera (5 min walk).

  The young lady at the desk was very friendly and helpful, and provided me with excellent advice. The facilities are good, although I would have liked access to an electric kettle.
