  1) Great breakfast - love choice of diverse Japanese food including local specialities; "Western Breakfast" a bit limited but this is not the reason why we choose to go to Japan, right? + great and friendly staff in the restaurant! 2) Internet connection for free, in room. 3) location of the hotel in the city centre, very close to the bus station,... vad folk säger » easy orientation in town. 4) availability of in house spa 5) hotel facilities in general + cleanliness - Clean and comfortable hotel. We booked a non smoking room. When we arrived in the room it was smelting smoke. We got a new room right away which was a lot better. Although in Japan it seems difficult to get a really non smoking room. Especially in hotels which exist a little longer. However this hotel is perfect base for exploring Kumamoto and surrounding.

  Bedroom was large plus big bathroom . Nice view of a bay .location was perfect in front of a main shopping square .A beds were not so new . The park tickets for 2 days was included in the room price . Very good

  Very excellent hotel. Location is very closed to Nagasaki train station. Just a few walks, easy to find it out. Facilities in the room is very good. - The hotel is next to train station, very convenient to all activities. The facility is new and modern. Room with a view to the harbor was quiet.

  This is my second time in Suguinoi, My husband and I booked western style room of 18000 yen breakfast included..reasonable price. Surprise!!!..the hotel gave us a room in grace floor with half open air bathroom. Wonderful holiday. The room was clean, nice view, good staff, location was up the mountain so if you would like to go out you should go b... vad folk säger » y free shuttle bus to beppu station. Staff told us walking from the mountain is about 10 min. but we walked more than 10 min. and got less than a half - The rooms are huge and are best suited for travelling with children. The buffet dinner and breakfast are both excellent with good international and Japanese mix.

  From the standard of hotel in japan, The room is so big and comfortable. Scene is excellent. Exactly in the center of the city for shopping and leisure. The most value hotel in my trips in japan. One cannot find a better one in Fukuoka. - Beautiful hotel with very nice staff. Excellent location, large rooms and very large twin beds.   Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help me pack gifts I brought from home to ship to another prefecture in Japan. The location was very convenient, right next door to the train station. Each morning we woke up early walked over to the convenience store (opened 24 hours) and bought our coffee, breakfast and snacks for our train ... vad folk säger » ride. - Such a wonderful hotel, the best hotel in Japan for Service with such friendly staff. Kumamoto was a great place to stay with the hotel being right next to the station. We would have loved to stay an extra night as there is plenty to do in this lovely castle city.   great location for shopping and eating; am surprised and happy to find a roman catholic church just opposite of the hotel; they have free wifi :) - The Triple Room was a great value for the money. The beds are fantastic and the room immaculate ! Would stay again.
