  The hotel is good and service is wonderful! The kaiseki dinner was excellent with a good spread of variety. Breakfast was good too though at 3150 is a little pricey. The onsen is good though the outdoors onsen pool is smaller than shown in the picture. - The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, and beautiful.   The location is excellent (very close to the subway station and shopping streets). Be aware that Nakasu is the red-light district of Fukuoka and the hotel is at the border if Nakasu.   Staff was very helpful and went out of their way to help me pack gifts I brought from home to ship to another prefecture in Japan. The location was very convenient, right next door to the train station. Each morning we woke up early walked over to the convenience store (opened 24 hours) and bought our coffee, breakfast and snacks for our train ... vad folk säger » ride. - Such a wonderful hotel, the best hotel in Japan for Service with such friendly staff. Kumamoto was a great place to stay with the hotel being right next to the station. We would have loved to stay an extra night as there is plenty to do in this lovely castle city. Rooms really comfortable and spacious. We will stay here again.

  great location for shopping and eating; am surprised and happy to find a roman catholic church just opposite of the hotel; they have free wifi :) - The Triple Room was a great value for the money. The beds are fantastic and the room immaculate ! Would stay again.

The room size is OK considering that we're in Japan and we can find almost all the facilities we need in the room. We have a room with the view of the Tenjin area and it's beautiful at night. The bathroom is actually bigger than standard Japanese hotel with similar price. Staff is quiet helpful and polite (Japanese standard).
