  English speaking staff made our welcome more personal than any other hotel we stayed at. Facility was best during our 10-day trip,. Rooms were spacious, very comfortable, always clean, immaculate, and even had a dresser!. Centrally located in Kumamoto with bus stop, street cars very accessible. May be a bit pricey for the area but compared to Hawaii hotels, a bargain for what you have. - It was very convenient and the staff was very courteous and professional. Location was excellent for shopping and eating. Nearby Kumamoto Castle and it was a nice walk. Room very Comfortable and very clean. We would stay here again.

  My daughter and I had separate rooms, which suited us to have the extra space and privacy. The room was very comfortable, beautifully clean, and we liked having a fridge and kettle. The laundry facilities and internet were very welcome, too. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.   Very excellent hotel. Location is very closed to Nagasaki train station. Just a few walks, easy to find it out. Facilities in the room is very good. - The hotel is next to train station, very convenient to all activities. The facility is new and modern. Room with a view to the harbor was quiet.

  The hot spring in this hotel is really good and I like it so much. Room is small but still can manage to get in two big luggage comfortably. Room is clean and comfortable. Located in city centre and you can easily to go around by taking the tram. Price is good and you get what you have pay for. Recommend this to anyone go to nagasaki. ( except tho... vad folk säger » se super luxury traveler) - Location is great, as with all Dormy Inn hotels. As usual, the onsen in a modern hotel is it's selling point. My wife loves the bed, support pillows and ionizer/humidifier. Great value! They even provide washing machine free for usage together with detergent. Dryer is charged at 100 yen for 20 mins. Dormy Inn is our nos 1 hotel choice in Japan!

  Everything was great. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again! - Good location -- 5 minutes from the railway station.

  Room was clean and furnishings appear new and modern. Staff was helpful and anticipated our needs, like getting us our room card keys when we returned to the hotel, even before we asked for them. Hotel was 2 minutes walk from Tosu train station, from where you can conveniently reach Hakata station in about 30 minutes and Shintosu station in 5 min... vad folk säger » utes (and there you can access the Shinkansen superexpress trains). Hotel was also within walking distance from a decent-sized mall, where prices are - Simple, clean, additional "westerner friendly" pillows. Very good value for money.   Very clean, basic hotel. The warm and courteous staff were able to accomodate last-minute changes to the room to allow one more child to stay, even though the website makes it seem very inflexible.
