  The hotel was modern and new-looking, with a secure entrance. Everything worked. There were two free-to-use washer-dryer units. Breakfast was included in my rate and was good, but it should be noted the breakfast buffet offered was a combination of (mostly) Japanese and some western items, .   When booking on the internet often what you see is not what you get. I am delighted to say that the Hotel Okura, Kobe certainly met with our expectations. The room despite being configured as a triple was still very spacious. It was well appointed and spotlessly clean. The panoramic view from our room was beautiful both day and night. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone consid - Large room for being Japan, luxurious, great amenities - you don't need to bring any supplies, great view from our room on the 24th floor. The location is good for accessing nearby Harborland for shopping, and also just a few blocks away from the high-end shops towards Motomachi. Shuttle bus to/from central station (Sannomiya) was very convenient. We stayed for a week and got a great price - back home we wouldn't even get an average business hotel for this price.

  Great location - less than 10 mins walk to the trains and managable even with luggage. The room was perfectly adequate - compact but well appointed - and very good value. Firm mattress but comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good and catered for most tastes. The staff were helpful and of course very polite. In room wi-fi was good.   Love the location easy to find. Its surrounded by all the good food and shopping locations. The best part is the subways and JR lines and buses are so near! And the underground shopping is awesome. - Excellent location if you want to go shopping, eat out or explore the city. Standard Japanese business hotel, so all amenities in your room.
