  Clean, well located (busy shopping / dining Sannomiya district) place with some train stations & subway nearby. Reception staff slightly awkward to deal with but OK in general. Good to stay for a night in my opinion.   The reception of the staff was excellent and their help and courtesy remained delightful. I was offered a choice of rooms and advised which was quieter, a nice touch. Local food tips were given and information was shared freely. Also the common room was a comfy place to meet and talk with fellow travellers. Easy walk to Shin Kobe in 20 mins max, better than subway imo. - I traveled with my friend and we stayed in a private room, which was simple but comfortable enough with two level bed (quite spacious, it's easy to place 2 people on each) and I could sleep very well. Fortunately, at the time we were staying there, not so many other guests were present, so we had easy access to shared shower rooms and toilets. Location was very good, in a walking distance to the major attractions of the city.
