  Love the location easy to find. Its surrounded by all the good food and shopping locations. The best part is the subways and JR lines and buses are so near! The area is Rokko Island, wiped out in the 1995 Kobe earthquake, so everything there is new. If you want to stay in an up scale hotel in Japan and don't have much cash, this is the place.   The hotel was modern and new-looking, with a secure entrance. Everything worked. There were two free-to-use washer-dryer units.
