  I loved the fact that the hotel was located right behind the JR station. That was a huge plus! To add on, the hotel was close to the shopping malls! There was even an onsen which was free for all guests, though it was rather small. the rooms were alright, clean, but not very spacious. Wifi was provided at the lobby.   The location is one of the highlights, the staff is helpful and gentle, the breakfast very decent, it's clean and although a litle bit worn out, it is still a very reliable hotel. - Very helpful friendly staff and excellent location. Very fast reliable Wi Fi. Very convenient location, room was spacious, clean and tidy.

  I liked sleeping on the mattress they put on the tatami mats-I deliberately rented a room for 2 people so that I would have 2 beds to use, and I was proven correct because the single bed would have been too narrow for me. The onsen-style bath, like a small hot tub, was nice. - Our traditional room was clean and spacious with pleasant decor.   Amazing location. Just a few minutes walk from the gardens and castle. There is also a Seattle's Best cafe in the lobby so if you need caffine. The staff provided me with an english brochure Kanazawa. with a map of the surrounding sites of interest, bus routes, and suggestions for dinner. Please note as other reviews have said the rooms can b... vad folk säger » e quite small. This was no problem for me since I was solo, and only had a 26L backpack. But other people may want to be notified. One other thing - This hotel has communal baths and I took 2/day. It was very hot in the daytime so it was great to have the hot batch when we returned from a ay's sightseeing. Hotel has buses out front including sightseeing city loop bus. Lobby cafe has rare reasonable coffee including cappuccino.

  Excellent location-15 minute walk from kanazawa station; 20 minute walk to katamachi, which is the shopping and restaurant district. Opposite the Omicho market. 20 minute walk to Kenrokuen garden.   Across the street from the jr station and an otherwise convenient location for getting around the city. Rooms were very clean and spacious (deluxe twin room). Rooms are also all above 18th floor, ours had a nice view of the city.   A very comfortable and convenient hotel. The room was great, nice beds and a wonderful shower. We enjoyed an evening in the room with friends sitting comfortably in front of the window absorbing the view with wine and cheese.
