  I loved the fact that the hotel was located right behind the JR station. That was a huge plus! To add on, the hotel was close to the shopping malls! There was even an onsen which was free for all guests, though it was rather small. the rooms were alright, clean, but not very spacious. Wifi was provided at the lobby.   I liked sleeping on the mattress they put on the tatami mats-I deliberately rented a room for 2 people so that I would have 2 beds to use, and I was proven correct because the single bed would have been too narrow for me.   Amazing location. Just a few minutes walk from the gardens and castle. There is also a Seattle's Best cafe in the lobby so if you need caffine. The staff provided me with an english brochure Kanazawa. with a map of the surrounding sites of interest, bus routes, and suggestions for dinner. But other people may want to be notified. One other thing - This hotel has communal baths and I took 2/day. It was very hot in the daytime so it was great to have the hot batch when we returned from a ay's sightseeing. Hotel has buses out front including sightseeing city loop bus. Lobby cafe has rare reasonable coffee including cappuccino.

  A very comfortable and convenient hotel. The room was great, nice beds and a wonderful shower. We enjoyed an evening in the room with friends sitting comfortably in front of the window absorbing the view with wine and cheese.
