  We had absolutely fantastic stay at the hotel. It is relatively new (12 year old) family run, little place with 7 guest rooms. The hotel is located in Volastra village, which is on the top of the hill between two 5 Terre towns of Manarola and Cornigla... Very friendly hostess will explain you everything... No doubt we will coe back to this hotel again Few wo - What a wonderful place. Antonella, our hostess was just wonderful. She spoke more than enough English to help us get our bearings. The Hotel was spotless and the rooms were really comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and a glass of wine or cappuccino was extremely reasonable. There was even a garage beneath the hotel to park our car. This was the first of many stops on our Italy/Sicily tour and it was a delightful place to relax after our flight from the US to Milan.   1. If you arrive by driving, then this bnb is a good choice because they can offer their own parking place, you can leave your car there and explore cinque terre on foot. ( Parking is a big problem in Cinque Terre.) 2. Room is clean and spacious, as well as the washroom. You can have a good rest after a days walk in Cinque Terre. 3. I must say Riomaggiore is a good base if you would - This little place is in the perfect spot if you are arriving into the Cinque Terre by car. Free car parking is provided which is a huge bonus here. We found the staff awesome, Francesca emailed very comprehensive information as soon as we booked and was fabulous to deal with on the front desk. There is no staff at the premises overnight so we were given a front door key. The room is perfectly adequate and had everything we needed.
