  Närhet till flygplatsen - Although stark on the outside, the First Hotel Malpensa was very nice and modern inside. The restaurant was quite good and the complimentary breakfast buffet was wonderful. I was also amazed at how quiet the hotel was, considering how close we were to the airport. No outside noise filtered in at all. The staff was very friendly. We were even able to leave a piece of luggage with them for a week between two of our stays. And lastly, we were travelling with a six month old baby, and they had already provided the cot.

  I booked this hotel for my mother and myself (mature adult daughter) because our flight arrived in Milan well after 10pm and we were flying home the next morning. The convenience of already being at the airport when we awakened was priceless. What a wonderful hotel! Our late arrival prevented us from using the restaurant, but the menu offered at th - After being given mis-directions to Malpensa, we finally arrived at the terminal three hours after we arrived in Milan (they sent us to Bergamo instead of Malpensa). I was very tired and cranky when I arrived at the airport. I was looking for any indication of the shuttle bus to the Sheraton when I realized that the Sheraton was actually part of the terminal. It could not have been more convenient! Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed...a real contrast to most European hotels

  I liked that the complimentary bus picks its clients regularly from the airport. I enjoyed the stylish decorations and a feeling of comfort which it provided. Also approved of "helping nature" request to throw on the floor those towels which really need washing instead of washing everything every day - not all hotels apply this policy. The resta... vad folk säger » urant is also very nice and tasty. - Everything! :) The cleanliness of the room, the amenities, the modern decor, the room service was top notch, the hotel staff was also very helpful and polite. I would stay there again next time, it was especially convenient to get to and from the airport with the shuttle.
