  I booked this hotel for my mother and myself (mature adult daughter) because our flight arrived in Milan well after 10pm and we were flying home the next morning. The convenience of already being at the airport when we awakened was priceless. What a wonderful hotel! Our late arrival prevented us from using the restaurant, but the menu offered at th - After being given mis-directions to Malpensa, we finally arrived at the terminal three hours after we arrived in Milan (they sent us to Bergamo instead of Malpensa). I was very tired and cranky when I arrived at the airport. I was looking for any indication of the shuttle bus to the Sheraton when I realized that the Sheraton was actually part of the terminal. It could not have been more convenient! Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully appointed...a real contrast to most European hotels

  I liked that the complimentary bus picks its clients regularly from the airport. I enjoyed the stylish decorations and a feeling of comfort which it provided. Also approved of "helping nature" request to throw on the floor those towels which really need washing instead of washing everything every day - not all hotels apply this policy. The resta... что говорят » urant is also very nice and tasty. - Everything! :) The cleanliness of the room, the amenities, the modern decor, the room service was top notch, the hotel staff was also very helpful and polite. I would stay there again next time, it was especially convenient to get to and from the airport with the shuttle.
