  This was a great find. Firstly the price was excellent. To be honest was not expecting much for the money at the sea in Italy. We booked a family room. We have kids of 5 and 8. We were delighted to find that room was actually a mini suite in the sense that there were two separate rooms, a large room with comfortable double and a small balcony. Staff at the reception friendly and helpful. 5 min. to get to the beach and about 10-12min. from the hotel to the restaurant which serves good and not expensive pizzas. We had a 2 bedroom Apartment. Big bedrooms with lots of moving Space. That was good with two small children. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is a short drive to the Beach. There is supposed to be a Shuttle bus though we ended up using our car. Not too far from Pisa G G airport. If you are looking for a quiet holiday, this is a good option

  Really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. We had a large 3p. room on the second floor (n.211). The room was cleaned daily (and very good). Close to the beach (5min. walk) and private parking (limited, but on public area also enough possibilities and safe as well). The owner and the staff were very friendly. The owner speaks English.   We loved that it was on the beach, my kids really like the fact that our room had two floors which made playing hide and go seek so much more fun. Stocked up with supplies at the Fonti del Corallo shopping centre in Livorno. Dishes, cutlery, towels and bedding were provided.
