We spent one night in the hotel as part of our spring (April) vacation in Italy, on the way from Pisa and Volterra to the north of Italy. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were clean, comfortable, quite and with beautiful view of the sea and over a very nice and green park. Free parking in the hotel courtyard and Internet / WiFi

This was a great find.
Firstly the price was excellent. To be honest was not expecting much for the money at the sea in Italy.
We booked a family room. We have kids of 5 and 8. We were delighted to find that room was actually a mini suite in the sense that there were two separate rooms, a large room with comfortable double and a small balcony. The

Room was clean with enough space for four people. Staff at the reception friendly and helpful. 5 min. to get to the beach and about 10-12min. from the hotel to the restaurant which serves good and not expensive pizzas. No limit for wi-fi, just ask for the password. -

Мы останавливались в отеле на неделю во второй половине июня. Было мало людей. В будние дни тихо, в выходные приезжают итальянцы, которые купили в ресорте номер на весь год. Соответственно в пятницу наблюдается понаезжание всех и вся в Тиррению, а в воскресенье громадный исход из неё.
Лучше поэтому приезжать в будные дни, а также в выходные забыт

Good Apartments. Well maintained lawns. Didnt use the swimming pool but seemed nice. Cleaning services pretty good. We had a 2 bedroom Apartment. Big bedrooms with lots of moving Space. That was good with two small children. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is a short drive to the Beach. There is supposed to be a Shuttle bus though we ended up using our car. Not too far from Pisa G G airport. If you are looking for a quiet holiday, this is a good option

The staff were very friendly and the hotel was spotlessly clean. The food was very good. The hotel is an excellent base from which to travel to Pisa, Florence, Lucca and Livorno, we were going to hire a car but this was chose to use the public transport instead as this is very good. - Very good dinner, fine service

Nice, friendly mom and pop-and grandma-hotel. Very helpful andknowledgable. Located one street off of the main street, yet very quiet.Very close to bus stop, golf course, and anything else you need--andonly about 300 yards from the beaches. Location - Could not fault the place. Staff and facilities very good. Must be the only hotel in Italy that ensures the food is always topped up at breakfast time and never runs out. A perfect location for a complete break where you do not even have to leave the confines of the complex. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. We had a large 3p. room on the second floor (n.211). The room was cleaned daily (and very good). We loved that it was on the beach, my kids really like the fact that our room had two floors which made playing hide and go seek so much more fun. After living in Europe for a year we have missed air conditioning, it was very nice to be able to use it again. The staff was also very friendly. -

Comfortable, clean apartment with views and easy beach access. An excellent location to explore Tuscany by car, and a great value when staying a week or more. Stocked up with supplies at the Fonti del Corallo shopping centre in Livorno. Dishes, cutlery, towels and bedding were provided. The staff were welcoming, helpful and could speak English. -

We were made welcome by the reception staff from the time we arrived. They were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. In addition the bar/ swimming pool staff were also very friendly. We had a very relaxing and happy stay at Solidago. Thanks to everyone there.

Excellent central location for visting Tuscany's main sights. Beverly Park Residence is being run as a hotel, so one doesn't need to bring towels & beddingstuff. The apartment was huge and well-equipped. Good beds and with shutters down it's totally dark. Private parking. Villa surroundings. Close to Pisa & Livorno. Easy to get to Cinque T

Almost everything. Location was top notch. The best restaurants and bars were easy walking distance. The beach was an easy walk. Good running / walking area all around Tirrenia. Could also walk to the super markets. Washing machine and kitchen in the room.
