  What makes this places unique is the owners Delia and Americo. They are incredibly hospitable and going out of the way to see that everybody at Terra Dei Santi feel comfortable and well. In spite our language barriers we were able to communicate and we receive valuable advices regarding our travel plans in Umbria. The apartments were mai... vad folk säger » ntained in an extremely clean and comfortable conditions. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Deila were baking new cakes every day and we had - This was perfect for families. The owners were very nice. The room was spacious, immaculate and very private. Wifi is free and there is a TV which our 4 year old enjoyed the cartoon channel! He didnt want to leave. It was a great location. We got to Deruta and Assisi with ease!

  Charming apartment near the top of Spello. It had a beautiful swing-seat and little table & chairs in the courtyard, with a view through the entry arch to the street, and so many people stopped to gape at the gorgeous setting! Very spacious & nice location. There was a parking area just 3 min walk away at the top end of town, so apartment'... vad folk säger » s location was more convenient that staying lower down the slope and having to lug the bags up or downhill. - The host's were wonderful courteous. I think they would have liked to do more for us but we are well traveled and not as needy as most people. It was kind of them to give us a gift of vino from the parent's vineyard. This was a perfect place to park yourself for day trips all over its a quiet little town. This is a plus for those who have been out all day and need some down time.

  We loved our hosts, first and foremost! The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the apartment was spectacular! Location was great - easy walk to everywhere in Spello for the average fit person. Narrow roads, so critical to have a small car! - Excellent location. Many good restaurants, bars and cafes.
