This was perfect for families. The owners were very nice. The room was spacious, immaculate and very private. Wifi is free and there is a TV which our 4 year old enjoyed the cartoon channel! He didnt want to leave. It was a great location. We got to Deruta and Assisi with ease!

Charming apartment near the top of Spello. It had a beautiful swing-seat and little table & chairs in the courtyard, with a view through the entry arch to the street, and so many people stopped to gape at the gorgeous setting!

... wat mensen zeggen » ocation. There was a parking area just 3 min walk away at the top end of town, so apartment's location was more convenient that staying lower down the slope and having to lug the bags up or downhill. -
The host's were wonderful courteous. I think they would have liked to do more for us but we are well traveled and not as needy as most people. It was kind of them to give us a gift of vino from the parent's vineyard. This was a perfect place to park yourself for day trips all over its a quiet little town. This is a plus for those who have been out all day and need some down time.

Excellent location. Many good restaurants, bars and cafes. Not too overcrowded with tourists. Accessible to many interesting villages and towns. Pretty well looked after town. Very friendly owners
