  The place is very warm and inviting. Theo's smile was embracing and welcoming. It was very quiet and green all around, and the location near sirmione and the high-ways is very comfortable. The decoration is beatifull. like a big mantion-house - Rooms were clean and large, pool was good and overall was very well maintained.   Excellent location on the side of Lake Garda. The spa pool was great as we could swim in comfort inspite of the fact that it was raining most of the time. Car parking is provided a few minutes walk away from the hotel but the porter will it take it to / collect it from the car park when required The room was spacious and very well appointed. Numerous restaurants are available c - The area is beautiful,views and location perfect, staff were very friendly and more than helpful with any of our queries. The pool and spa area very well maintained, an excellent place to relax All the hotel was very clean.At breakfast you were spoilt for choice an no limits to what you could eat.
