  The Hotel is in a suburban residential location, the whole area is extremely tidy. The staff is very helpful and the owner is an absolutely friendly and easy-going Italian man. Good breakfast. Close to Gardaland, which is a must to see with children. - This hotel was perfect for our needs while staying in Sirmione!   Thank you, Vera for a nice time in your hotel. Very comfortable and spacious room. Kitchen, air conditioning and refrigerator coped with his appointment by 100%. Crisp white linens, cleanliness of the room, and the hostess welcoming attitude necessarily lead us to the next time it is in this hotel.   Excellent Hotel with a private front to the sea. Allthough we were at the end of may, we had heat in the rooms as it was chilly and we were travelling with small child. Very good Price/Quality and the old town of sirmione is a 5 Minute drive. Plenty of Shopping and Dining Options near the Hotel. We enjoyed our stay very much, we even stayed one ex... vad folk säger » tra night. - when i slipped and fell into the lake fully clothed,and emerged covered in sulphur and slime from the thermal spa-the mother that runs the hotel ,was just that she kindly washed my white jeans in her machine and made them wearable again-a real family atmoshere,not only is it a hotel,but they care for you as well-what a wonderful lady

  Nice and clean hotel in good location. Near the bus stop where you can catch bus to and from Verona and Brescia. Run by a family, the wife can speak English but not so much. But we still can manage to communicate. She is very helpful and provide information i needed. Sirmione is still 2-3 km away from this hotel, and for me the best thing to do is... vad folk säger » rent a bike. You can explore Colombare and Sirmione with biking around the lake. This is a wonderful experience.The hotel located near other hotels, - The Hotel is family run and has a very friendly, welcoming staff and patron, David. Nothing is too much trouble. It has it's own parking, and is very close to the Lake and all other amenities that the area has to offer. Our room was spotlessly clean, with a good shower and had a fabulous terrace to sit and watch the world go by and the markets were terrific. There is also a private sun terrace for use by guests. We can't wait to return and will definitely stay longer than just 5 days.
