The establishment had a "B and B" atmosphere and the hospitality was outstanding. - The hotel is conveniently situated just outside Montepulciano, but uphill all the way into the town. The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had plenty of choice which included freshly baked cake every day. The hotel rooms were very clean and nicely decorated and outside the lovely spaceous garden was ideal. We will definitely return one day.

We loved our stay and will be r - We were exceptionally pleased with the flexibility of the owner as we arrived later than planned and she guided us right to the hotel. Cinzia was actually willing to drive down, meet us and lead us up if we needed her to. Besides being wonderfully accommodating, she also made several great suggestions for dining and shopping. Cinzia was so friendly she immediately made us feel right at home. A terrific experience and well worth the trip.

  I was fortunate to stay twelve nights at Residenza Fabroni in May 2013 while taking Italian language classes nearby. Barbara and Fabio offer a wonderfully authentic, historic and welcoming environment and I felt very much at home during my stay. Drving in the countryside and visiting the other historic hilltop towns Barbara suggested will always be a wonderful memory.

The historic country house and its setting overlooking the San Biagio temple, the gracious owner, Stefania, the beautiful Tuscan views and proximity to the center of Montepulciano were all that we had hoped for. Our apartment was spacious and traditionally appointed, clean and even included tea, coffee and juice for us to begin our mornings.
