Not far from the old town of Montepulciano, family run, very friendly and helpful staff with parking.Great buffet breakfast , nice restaurant just next door that serves dinner until 23:00 !! great advice from the reception to visit the San Filippo thermal baths , fantastic experience!Great location to see the south Tuscany villages. -

The establishment had a "B and B" atmosphere and the hospitality was outstanding. - The hotel is conveniently situated just outside Montepulciano, but uphill all the way into the town. The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had plenty of choice which included freshly baked cake every day. The hotel rooms were very clean and nicely decorated and outside the lovely spaceous garden was ideal. We will definitely return one day.

An excellent hotel both for relaxation and visiting beautiful Montepulciano a few kilometres away. Very friendly and obliging owners and staff. Easy to find and in a quiet neighbourhood. We would go there again.

Great Location with a reserved parking lot with in a 5 minute walk. That is nearly impossible to find in downtown (historic) Montepulciano. You can walk everywhere from here very easily. The owner is amazing and will make you feel at home and provide some great recommendations. Bathrooms were clean and decent sized. Bedrooms were clean. -
