  Hosts Attilio and Luciane were most gracious in helping with info on transportation into Venice, restaurants, Laundromat, etc. We were in the ground floor apt. with secure, gated parking on premise. Breakfast items were supplied, "fizzy" water and a fabulous Lavazzo Blue coffee/espresso machine with a steamer and lots of coffee pods as well. I wan... vad folk säger » t to get one for home! The B&B is right on the bus line, but is quiet and comfortable; we were able to relax between tours. Would definitely retu - Comfortably reach Venice. The front door bus stop 19, which for 15 to 20 minutes takes you to the train station and bus linni and water lines, there is an information center that can quickly and easily buy tickets or cards. From there the number 1 you can discover almost all of Venice. The hotel is grown, clean, well equipped and quiet place. The restaurant recommended to us by our hotel was the best of our entire trip - Restaurant - Pizzeria - Capolinea.

  As we had a car this location was perfect. Parking was free and the #12 bus to Venice was a 3 minute walk from the hotel which also sells the bus tickets. The bus was a 10 minute ride to Venice. The hotel was safe,clean and comfortable. We ate here both nights and it was delicious and not expensive. Get there by 7.15 as they will be turning people - I felt that I was in a more upscale hotel, even though the cost was quite reasonable. The hotel is in a very convenient location--near to the bus stops and also only a short walk to the piazza in Mestre. The breakfast included in the price of the room was wonderful! Also, parking is free on the grounds of the hotel.

  Fabulous overall!!! I stayed at this hotel to be close to the airport for an early morning (430am) start. So while the location was a bit of a hike to Venice the previous day, it was worth it for the next morning's airport convenience. They even had a transfer van (booked the day before) for me at 5am for only 6 euros! Excellent service. It's only 5min walk to Mestre railway station. They give you 2-3 huge towels, so no need to carry you own. The shower cabin can be small only if you are obese - otherwise it is perfectly big and there's always hot water. You can even change them every day. The bed was spacious and comfortable, the sheets were clean and soft. Excellent value for money, I highly recommend it. The staff were nice, police, fluent in English.

  This hotel is very nice, quiet,cleane and the staff is very polite end helpful. The breakfast is very good and abundant. The location is perfect to take the bus for Venice. - Staff was very welcoming, and the room was pretty big. There was a fairly large shower. The staff pointed us to the main attraction of Venice very accurately.

  It was very clean and noise free. Only thing missing is mentioning how to reach the hotel by Bus from Venice St Lucia. It would have been really helpful. - The room was very clean and modern. Good breakfast in the morning, and they will make your favorite type of coffee right there for you.

  Huh, everything! The place is minimalist, beautiful clean rooms, the breakfast provided is fantastic, and the location is in the middle of a very nice shopping area. I think I'd - This boutique hotel is fantastic - Fillipo and his staff were amazing and very helpful - especially with transport and getting to and from Venice. It is a well designed and superbly fitted out apartment style rooms. Mestre is a great option to stay rather than to fight getting yourself and luggage to Venice island which is a 15 minute bus ride to Venice. Legrenzi Rooms are located close to the bus and train station and a great restaurant and bar plus shopping is right outside the door!
