Comfortably reach Venice. The front door bus stop 19, which for 15 to 20
minutes takes you to the train station and bus linni and water lines,
there is an information center that can quickly and easily buy tickets
or cards. From there the number 1 you can discover almost all of Venice.
The hotel is grown, clean, well equipped and quiet place. The restaurant
recommended to us by our hotel was the best of our entire trip -
Restaurant - Pizzeria - Capolinea.

As we had a car this location was perfect. Parking was free and the #12 bus to Venice was a 3 minute walk from the hotel which also sells the bus tickets. The bus was a 10 minute ride to Venice. The hotel was safe,clean and comfortable. A 5 minute walk from the hotel takes you to the local square which has an array of restaurant's however do yours

I felt that I was in a more upscale hotel, even though the cost was quite reasonable. The hotel is in a very convenient location--near to the bus stops and also only a short walk to the piazza in Mestre. The breakfast included in the price of the room was wonderful! Also, parking is free on the grounds of the hotel.

Fabulous overall!!! I stayed at this hotel to be close to the airport
for an early morning (430am) start. So while the location was a bit of a
hike to Venice the previous day, it was worth it for the next
morning's airport convenience. They even had a transfer van (booked
the day before) for me at 5am for only 6 euros! Excelle

The hotel correct address is Via Terraglio 15, Maestre as the coordinates or the address provided under Important information from letsbookhotel.com (Via Terraglio 94, Venezia) are incorrect. Otherwise the hotel is modern, room is very comfortable and the continental breakfast was good. The bus stop to go to Venice is very close. Hotel nuovissimo e ben curato, facile raggiungere venezia (ci hanno dato i biglietti gratis per andare) parcheggio disponibile anche dopo la partenza se ne avevamo bisogno ma dovevamo prendere il volo alle 5 di mattina e comunque ci hanno preparato la colazione a quell'ora; personale gentilissimo e simpatico! - L'accoglienza

Everything is impeccably clean and new. It's only 5min walk to
Mestre railway station. They give you 2-3 huge towels, so no need to
carry you own. The shower cabin can be small only if you are obese -
otherwise it is perfectly big and there's always hot water. You can
even change them every day. The bed was spacious and comfortable, the
sheets were clean and soft. Excellent value for money, I highly
recommend it. The staff were nice, police, fluent in English.

L'Alverì si trova in un nuovo edificio su 3 piani, a 1 km dalla stazione ferroviaria di Venezia Mestre, raggiungibile con gli autobus che si fermano di fronte, dal lunedì al sabato.

The hotel is new, with excellent facilities, very clean. Staff is friendly and very helpful, they will explain how to get to Venice or wherever you want to go, they can check the timetable for you, you can buy bus tickets at the reception.
Breakfast is included in the price, there is a good selection of food, everything is fresh and tasty.
We recommend this hotel to everyone :)

This boutique hotel is fantastic - Fillipo and his staff were amazing and very helpful - especially with transport and getting to and from Venice.
It is a well designed and superbly fitted out apartment style rooms.
Mestre is a great option to stay rather than to fight getting yourself and luggage to Venice island which is a 15 minute bus ride to Venice.
Legrenzi Rooms are located close to the bus and train station and a great restaurant and bar plus shopping is right outside the door!
