  The Pisani is an amazing hotel of old world charm and relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful furniture and surroundings made for the perfect stay. It was a perfect place to sit and sip Prosecco while watching the tourists drift by on their Gondolas. There a few nice little restaurants nearby and a great patisserie with a huge range of delicious macaroons (and other - My 17yr son and I loved staying at Palattezzo Pisani because it was a real Venice experience ( unlike the previous boring Venitian hotel where we wouldn't have know which continent it was on). The Pasani is an actual old Palace (yes it's got plumbing and hot water!!) you can hear the waves from boats washing onto the building, see the Grand Canal out your window and have breakfast or just 'chill' in the most amazing old rooms.   Venice is a small city (for me anyway) but hard to navigate, so people will get lost (I got delightfully lost several times), but I thought Residenza La Loggia was super easy to find. With only the map provided from their website I went straight from the St. Mark's vaporetto stop (from the airport) to the B&B with no wrong turns. If you do not mind this then Residenza la Loggia might be just the right place for your stay.   The location of the apartments was excellent. Alessia had organised the transfer for me and the car was waiting for us when we arrived. The staff checking us in were very friendly and helpful with telling us about the supermarket and other little bits of information. Allowed us to stay in the apartment a bit longer on the day of departure which... vad folk säger » was great for my parents. During our stay, I enquired about getting an extra sunbed and the next day they organised it for us. - Fantastic location right in the heart of Bardolino...walk out the door and you're surrounded by restaurants, bars and shopping. Fairly spacious 2 bedroom apartment suitable for families or 2 couples, and has a well-equipped kitchenette. The Valpolicella is a short drive away, with lots of wineries and smaller authentic restaurants away from the tourists. We would definitely stay again.

  The room was very large, comfortable, furnished in good taste and very bright - the fridge and kitchenette, and the fact that they provided clean towels and cleaned the room even though it was an apartment.

  The appartment on the 3rd floor (room nr 9) was very spacious and clean. The terrace was a nice feature. The staff did there best to make ourselves comfortable. The access is very convenient through coded gates (you will get the codes beforehand), and the car park underneath the building is very handy (and the car elevator is an attraction by itse... vad folk säger » lf!). The location is perfect (100mtrs from the lakeside, and in the middle of the shopping/restaurant action). We only stayed a night but would easil - Location, great to step outside and be able to walk around. The car restriction makes you feel a bit at ease with young kids. Large nice playground only a few minutes walk away. We stayed in a 2 bed apt, everything was clean and great.

  Hosts Attilio and Luciane were most gracious in helping with info on transportation into Venice, restaurants, Laundromat, etc. We were in the ground floor apt. with secure, gated parking on premise. Breakfast items were supplied, "fizzy" water and a fabulous Lavazzo Blue coffee/espresso machine with a steamer and lots of coffee pods as well. I wan... vad folk säger » t to get one for home! The B&B is right on the bus line, but is quiet and comfortable; we were able to relax between tours. Would definitely retu - Comfortably reach Venice. The front door bus stop 19, which for 15 to 20 minutes takes you to the train station and bus linni and water lines, there is an information center that can quickly and easily buy tickets or cards. From there the number 1 you can discover almost all of Venice. The hotel is grown, clean, well equipped and quiet place. The restaurant recommended to us by our hotel was the best of our entire trip - Restaurant - Pizzeria - Capolinea.
