Our room was at the Biasin side, first floor with great views on the bridge and canal. Newly renovated bathroom, spacious 3 pers. room. Wifi worked in the room too (above the lobby). Room cleaned every day, my 3 yr old could stay with us for free, but did get her own towels etc. Good value for your money. -

The location is perfect. The staff, especially main guy (goatee guy), were v. helpful and friendly. They arranged our gondola ride and answered our questions fully. They helped me to charge my phone when my cable got broken.
Very comfortable beds with lights that don't disturb others. Quite cheap, good breakfast for additional price.
It was a half-populated 16 person dorm, but it was comfortable to stay there.
It is on a separate island from the city center, but public transport is working all the night so it's not a problem.
