The staff are both accommodat - The castle and location were simply fantastic in the middle of Chianti in the middle of Tuscany. The food offered in the hotel (5 course meal of excellent local cooking on offer each night) was great along with the wine (produced by the castle). The staff were friendly and helpful.

  The hotel is in a wonderful location. If you want a peaceful holiday this is the hotel to go. The proprietors were very helpful and pleasant.   The location is beautiful. Also in mid feb it is nice. The complex was not fully booked. It can happen that you are alone in the complex. For us it didn’t matter but I can imagine that some people like not to be alone in a ‘remote’ area. The rooms were big and nicely decorated.   The resident is very close to Florence, we had a rental car but did not use it because there was a bus station 100m away, took us about 15 min' to arrive florence's center. Moreover the staff was very kind and helpful, especially Fabrizia! Breakfest was nice with good quality materials and the coffee was great(it is Italy after all). For conclusion, a great value pe - The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help. The rooms are very large and modern and the breakfast is very nice. The b&b is about 15 mins by car into Florence or say 20 mins on the bus. There is a bus stop just outside of the accomodation. In addition we had a very nice meal at a restaraunt about 400 metres from the b&bB on the main road to Florence which was run by a family originally from Inverness.

  The apartments are set in a beautiful location. After travelling for over 5 weeks through the UK, France and Italy, this was the perfect location to have a true Tuscan experience. The apartments are very clean and have all the comforts including clothes washing facilities. The best thing about having to t - We enjoyed our stay very much and strongly recommend the place. It is a perfect place to just relax at the pool or sitting in the garden/yard, to start for hikes, or to go to nearby cities like Florence or Siena for a day (by train or by car). The best parts at that place were: - Excellent, friendly, and helpful staff - Beautiful middle-age building (renovated with all modern comfort) - Location at the countryside with beautiful views - Nice pool - Fridge accessible

  It was in a very beautiful setting and we had lovely walks and a lovely dinner. The breakfast buffet was very nice and again we had no complaints. The staff was very helpful. - Their helpfullness, friendliness and the whole experience will bring us back again
